Jack Raber, Pharm.D.
CLINIPHARM SERVICES is under the direction of its consultant-owner, Jack H. Raber, Pharm.D. Dr. Raber, a Long Beach native, is a 1975 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. During a long professional career, he has been a practicing clinical pharmacist, a hospital pharmacy director, a regional hospital pharmacy administrator, and a consultant in private practice. Dr. Raber has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy where he taught classes in pharmacy practice, pharmacy standards of care, pharmacy risk management, and pharmacy law. He is currently a faculty member of PBI Education, a Jacksonville, Florida-based company specializing in continuing education and license remediation for healthcare professionals, where he teaches classes in pharmacy law and ethics. In addition, from 1996 to 2002, Dr. Raber served as a member of the Medical Advisory Panel of the Professional Liability Division of the Farmers Insurance Group, lending expertise in matters pertaining to pharmaceutical care, pharmacy practice, and pharmacy risk management. Dr. Raber is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, California Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Medical Writers Association, American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management, and the American Society for Pharmacy Law.
