CLINIPHARM SERVICES, through its principal, Jack H. Raber, Pharm.D., has consulted to health insurers, healthcare providers, membership organizations dedicated to managed care, healthcare attorneys, and the pharmaceutical industry on topics ranging from pharmacy benefit design and provider capitation for the pharmacy benefit to management to fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) issues associated with third-party drug benefits.

During his professional career, Dr. Raber has represented the California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG), the Unified Medical Group Association (UMGA), The Medical Quality Commission (TMQC), and the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) in matters pertaining to managed care pharmacy practice and has been a frequent participant in educational programs and symposia that address the needs and concerns of capitated health care providers, pharmacy benefit managers, and the pharmaceutical industry.  Dr. Raber is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP).
