FORENSICS is the application of scientific, technical, and professional knowledge to legal issues.  CLINIPHARM SERVICES, through its principal, Jack Raber, Pharm.D., is one of the few companies in the country that provides forensic expertise and litigation support in matters specifically related to pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical care, pharmacy law, pharmacy malpractice, pharmacotherapy-related hospital and medical malpractice, pharmacist licensure issues, and healthcare fraud involving pharmaceuticals.  A member of the American Society for Pharmacy Law, Dr. Raber is an expert in standards of care for both community and institutional pharmacy practice and possesses a keen knowledge of state and federal statutes and regulations pertaining to the pharmacy profession, including pertinent case law.
